Brief History
- “Compagnie de Construction Immobiliere s.a.r.l.” (CCI) was founded in March 2000 with a Capital of $200,000U.S., R.C 67234-Baabda within “Groupe Saradar” group of companies the likes of Banque Saradar sal, Saradar Investment House, Agence Saradar d’Assurance (ASA), etc…
- CCI’s initial affiliation with “Groupe SARADAR” insured the same quality of service “Banque Saradar” was able to develop over the past 50 years and its ability of serving all its clients with the highest standard of credibility, ethics and professionalism at whatever cost to satisfy the ever demanding client.
- Since the merger in 2005 between both Banks AUDI & SARADAR, CCI gained its independence and was purchased by its own management team. This scenario helped CCI maintain Bank Audi-Saradar Projects in the region as well as increase its volume of work in the Lebanese market.
- CCI handles ‘Turn Key’ Construction and Construction Management in all fields such as but not limited to Excavation, Concrete, Civil Works, Interior Finishes, Exterior Finishes, Special Construction, Furniture, Electro-Mechanical, Security, Data Communication, Networking, Hardscaping and Landscaping etc….
- CCI with its current staff can handle projects of $7 Million U.S.Dollars in size and more than 10,000m2 in area.
- CCI has an extensive list of Projects (see Enclosed) with Repeat Clients and Repeat Architects in all types of Projects.
- CCI also offers the “ONE CALL Maintenance” that handles all your maintenance needs after the construction is complete. (Averaging more than 700 calls per year)
- Our Management has more than 19 years of experience in the contracting field, having executed several big projects in the USA, GULF and of course LEBANON.

- CCI has executed some of the most technically demanding projects in Electro-Mechanical under scrutiny of the most demanding Consultants in the Market today.
